All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Kurage or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The unique AI-generated artwork featured on our products ("AIGC Art") is created and owned by Kurage.

b. Your License to Use the Site:
Kurage grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Site. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Site or its contents.

c. Restrictions:
You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any of the AIGC Art or other Site content without our prior written permission.

  • Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the Site.

  • Use our AIGC Art to create competing products or for any other commercial purpose.

2. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Products, Orders, and Pricing

a. Product Descriptions:
We strive to display the colors and designs of our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and printing techniques, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities.

b. Pricing and Errors:
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in pricing and product descriptions and to cancel any orders arising from such errors, even after an order is confirmed.

c. Order Acceptance:
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time, including before shipment.

You are prohibited from using the Site or Services:
